Oh goodness, where to start??? This was definitely a "every detail matters" event, and it paid off big time! I'll start with the flowers... these were one of the top 3 components that Holly wanted to be spot on, making sure the colors POPPED! So since I dabble in flowers for fun I offered at their engagement shoot to arrange the bouquets and boutonnieres myself and leave the decor to the florist. While they were the most elaborate I have ever done, they were totally worth it to see her face when I arrived on the big day with them in tow! The day was extra special as the bride's daughter, Liza, was always around with a big smile and ready for fun laughs! Holly's lace mermaid dress was stellar and gave her the title of "the smokin' hot Jessica Rabbit bride"! Having previously shot another wedding at Rustix Manor it was very neat to have the opportunity to be familiar with the property, but yet be able to explore completely different backdrops for pictures! It's definitely my most highly recommended venue to future brides! The guests were summoned by Damien ringing the chapel bell, and then it was time to get these two hitched! After the nuptials we headed to the back field as well as the new balcony (both uncharted territory) for some awesome shots! Then we headed into the barn for the first dance and dinner from The Stone Oven; it was their first large catering even and chef Christy Stone knocked it out of the park... I'm having food lust just thinking about all of her creations! After cake and lots of dancing it was time for the sparkler exit... little did the guests know there was a BIG surprise waiting for them... as soon as the newly weds climbed into their getaway convertible a GRAND FIREWORKS SHOW began overlooking the lake! Truly a fairytale made reality!
