She said "YES!" ~ Eron & Meredith

I had just heard amazing things about the newly opened Gibbs Gardens in Ball Ground, and then Meredith mentioned wanted to try it out for their engagement shoot and OH MAN is that place photo HEAVEN! Its the worlds largest daffodil garden which worked out perfect because yellow is their wedding color of choice... then to top it off the Cherry trees were in full bloom so we captured these amazing whimsical shots! Beautiful people + beautiful setting = photographer's dream!!!

 

 

Nykia + Jeff = The Hannahs 3.15.12

These two were a total blast to celebrate with on their weekday wedding! Under normal circumstances I would think with it being a Thursday that it would be small and calm, but having photographed bridesmaid Shantel's wedding back in October I knew to expect quite the party! Nykia definitely got her way with the decor as it was PINK PINK and more PINK, but that just goes to show two great things about Jeff... he's secure in himself and he loves Nykia enough to let her have her way! The fun began almost immediately with some booty-shaking bridesmaids while getting ready followed by the hilarity of them attempting to wrangle a steamer! The ceremony held so many emotions...tears flowed from just about everyone as she made her way down the aisle, Nykia's face doesn't hide much... from her laughter to the stunned look when the yellow & green broom appeared (perfectly photoshopped in pics now to match her colors)! Their wedding is a prime example of why I recommend clients scope out the possible backdrops within walking distance of their venue... Downtown Acworth made for endless photo opportunities! They broke it down on the dance floor for a while and then swayed to the beautiful song their friend Chaz wrote just for them. The rain held out all day just in time for their swift exit thought light sprinkles and bubbles!
