Dare I say it???? If there ever was a PERFECT wedding... THIS WAS IT!!! I'm not really sure how but this one had it ALL... except for "adult" beverages which made it even more odd on just how amazing it turned out! I can't help but run through the various things that made it AMAZING: Katie was on point with every detail or Pinterest-tail from the embroidered shirts for the entire bridal party to the lavender wedges then swap to cowgirl boots... the fingerprint guest book to the homemade jam favors! Amongst those were so many priceless moments... Arden's fake "attempted" escape through the bathroom window, the weather was perfect overcast and comfortable (rare for mid-August in the South), vineyard setting only topped off by a random butterfly passing overhead exactly during Katie's bridal portraits, the random dog that made its debut at Arden's feet right immediately before Katie's entrance from the vineyard... which was a perfect halfway hand-off between step-dad & dad, then the use of lace linens strung between the trees made for really neat shots during the very emotional ceremony that totally gave me a renewed faith in the words "forever", then off to the wine cellar & vineyard for shots that I'm still awe-struck by, only to lead into a romantic first dance that turned into a full out performance by the lovebirds to a bunch of fun songs, then smashing of the cake followed by the neatest groom's cake I have yet to see, sober guests dancing like crazy all night, a hilarious garter removal followed by the garter going back on someone else's leg, and even after all of that we spent a few minutes in the pitch black of the vineyard getting some rare & one of a kind shots, and to end the night out the groom drove away with the "queen of his townhome"!
