This New Year's Eve wedding was filled with so much warmth & love that you would never think it was the middle of winter! Their love story is one of great patience and unshakable faith that the right time would eventually come for them to become one! I arrived technically as a guest, which is rare, and helped hired-hand Jennifer Houser photograph this special day which eventually led to her becoming my main co-shooter after Mark had to moved back to CT! Sarah had a special wedding day "bling" phone case, as well as hounds-tooth flowers & pocket squares for the bridal party to sport after the ceremony. Her taffeta hoop-skirt dress was accented with just the right amount of sparkle to match her hairpiece and then also kept it modern with the hidden pockets to match the bridesmaids dresses! I was deemed with the task of lacing her up correctly and making sure the bow in the back was just the right size! After their twinkle-light ceremony at her childhood church, we did some of my favorite newly wed pics using the surroundings available since it was already dark outside. Anthony's white tungsten ring and her diamond-laced band went perfectly against the delicate petals of her white peony bouquet! Then we headed to the reception at Chattahoochee River Landing, where I had been at just 6 weeks before for the Saldana wedding. Complete with tearfilled dances with parents, a silly photo station, back-to-back game of "who does what the most", dollar dance, a feathered cake from Creative Cakes by Carly, and an unforgettable flash mob to "Moves like Jagger" this grand evening came to an end with a photo of them on the porch wrapped up in a whimsical sparkler whirlwind!
